  • Mauro Gallavotti
    PRESIDENT AND CEO
    Mauro Gallavotti comes from Milan. He is married to Lorella and has two children, Vittoria and Filippo. An Economics and Business graduate, he undertook various post-graduate courses be- fore entering the world of basic food commodities in the Italian branch of Nestlé. In that company he gained experience in marketing and sales, eventually entering the General Directorate of various businesses, also with an international footprint. Leaving in 2007 he joined a top Italian consultancy firm, The European house Ambrosetti, as the person in charge of Marketing&Sales and the basic commodities sector. In recent years he has taken on numerous strategy, innovation and turn-around projects in medium-sized Italian companies. he has also spoken at various conventions and workshops.

  • Christian Biserna
    Pte Ltd
    Christian founded Celli Asia with Mr Celli in April 2005 - Together they had identified a huge potential in Asia. With Christian’s international experience he began making in roads and the company has been going from strength to strength, growing year on year. With a firm understanding of how to do business in this region, they now have strong ties with all the major players. After completing his University Degree in Economics and Banking from Siena University, he immediately set out to Asia, knowing it was the place to be. Having grown up mainly in Africa but also Thailand and Philippines, as the family followed his father’s work abroad – he has no hesitation with landing in unknown places and enjoying the discovery of new cultures. He was based in Hong Kong in 1999, Manila in 2000 before settling in Singapore in 2001 – realising it was the epi centre of the region. He continues to enjoy living in Singapore with his wife Amanda and his twin daughters, Chloe and Arianna.
  • Daniele Ceccarini
    Group Technical Director
    Daniele joined the Celli Team in 2015. After obtaining a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Bologna State University, he joined Magneti Marelli France in 1996 as an analyst and engine control designer. He then continued to develop his experience at Magneti Marelli Italia in charge of engine control, OBD diagnosis, and alternative fuels. In 2004 he was Chief Engineer at Ricard UK Ltd, responsible for innovative control and electronic projects with the main world automotive customers, including Landi Renzo SpA. In early 2009 he joined Landi Renzo as R&D manager and in 2013 he became the Group’s product strategy manager. In 2015 he joined Celli to manage and coordinate Research and Development for all the Group’s companies.
  • Derek Evans
    Managing Director ADS2
    Derek is Managing Director of the ADS2 Group, and led the management buyout team that acquired the business from the Alumasc Group in 2011. His believes this is a people business. It requires expert design and engineering knowledge, but ultimately it is about building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships. This philosophy has guided the way Derek has shaped the business and led the ADS2 Group team, putting customers first and taking pleasure in meeting their needs with innovative and market-defining solutions that add value to their brands and delight consumers the world over. Over 30 year’s experience within the beverage industry underpins his leadership of the ADS2 Group team, while his passion for excellence and professionalism drives the business forward.
  • Antonino Fresolone
    Group Controlling & Organization Director
    Born in Salerno, where he graduated in Business Administration. He obtained a post- graduate MBA before entering the world of Integrated Logistics at the Italian subsidiary of the FIEGE Group, where he developed great experience in an international context, both in Finance & Controlling and in operating roles. From July 2010 to November 2013 he was Head of Controlling for the Regions of Southern, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as a Board Member in all the Italian subsidiaries of the Group. In February 2014 he joined the Celli Group as Head of Controlling, ITC & Management Processes.
  • GIORGIA OTTAVIANI
    MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
    Giorgia joined Celli in 2013 with an international background in journalism, marketing, communication, and public relations. Her main goal is to keep strengthening the company’s global leadership and brand awareness to help achieve business targets. She coordinates the corporate identity of the entire Celli Group using a cross-media strategy. She is in charge of day-by-day supervision of the website, of the social media, and of all digital contents, as well as of full corporate communication – from ad campaigns in major specialized magazines to the whole range of publishing products. Her tasks include organizing conferences, company events, and international specialized exhibitions, which offer great opportunities to establish or strengthen direct, qualified, and privileged relations between the company and its customers. Following a degree with honours in Literature and Philosophy obtained at the Bologna University and studies in the UK, Giorgia started her career as a journalist in the publishing sector until she obtained an International Master’s Degree in Journalism at the Sciences-Po University in Paris. She then moved to Brussels where she was in charge of public communications and International Relations for the Consulate of Italy and later, in the private sector, of corporate communications and marketing in the beauty products industry. She loves music, sports, writing, and travelling.
  • SILVIA CANINI
    HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
    Born in Rimini, after obtaining a degree in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna Silvia joined the Aeffe Group in San Giovanni in Marignano, a leading fashion company, where she worked until 2003.
    After giving birth to her daughter Allegra, she cooperated for 5 years with a legal firm in Santarcangelo di Romagna. She joined the Celli Team in 2008 and was appointed Human Resources Manager in 2013 in charge of employee evaluation, motivation, and development across the organization. Silvia is passionate about evaluating human and professional potentials and values individual competences acquired at work, as well as personal characteristics and the ability to take full charge of the role and of the reference context. She loves travelling, drama, and art.
  • VITTORIO FONTANA
    GROUP REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
    Vittorio joined Celli in 2009. He brought to the company a broad experience in sales and marketing gained at global corporations in the banking and the automotive industry while living in France, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden Switzerland the UK. He graduated in Economics in Milan and completed his post-graduate education in Stockholm with a fully-funded scholarship in Business Administration. Thanks to his cross-cultural exposure, and his pioneering spirit he has successfully driven the company to the global audience. By reshaping the sales team, and redefining the route to market the company recorded a sound and steady growth throughout the years. Vittorio fostered key relationships with the global players and a solid network of professional and reliable partners across the world. He has fully endorsed Celli values and took them internationally by bringing to the customers cutting-edge Solutions with Premium Design that respect the environment, the people we work with, and the hallmark of the Celli brand - top quality without compromise.
  • LUCA DEGRANDI
    SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
    With a degree in Management Science obtained in Milan, he worked for more than 5 years as a Purchasing Manager in the Cavanna Packaging Group, a multinational leader in the food packaging sector. To boost his career, in 2006 he improved his know-how and skills, also as a Purchasing Manager, in the broader and more dynamic context of Cofimco, a company of the American Hudson Products Holding, operating in the Oil & Gas sector. In 2009 he joined the Celli group as Purchasing Manager with growing responsibilities and functions. Today he is the Supply Chain Manager, in charge of coordination and management of the entire Operations area.
